Pricing
All grooming services are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on breed, coat type, coat length, coat condition, behavior, and time required. Payment is due upon completion.
Matting Policy
If matting cannot be safely brushed out, shaving may be the most humane option. We will attempt to contact you before proceeding. If unable to reach you, you authorize Premium Paws to groom your pet in the safest manner possible. Additional charges may apply.
Matted Coat Release
By scheduling a grooming appointment, you acknowledge that mat removal may cause temporary skin sensitivity or irritation and that these conditions are not the result of the grooming process.
Appointment & Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may incur a late fee.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Please pick up within 45 minutes of completion notification. Pets picked up later may incur a late pick-up or daycare fee.
Flea Policy
If fleas are discovered, a flea treatment may be required. Additional charges may apply.
Behavior & Safety Policy
If a pet displays behavior that may pose a risk, we may pause the groom, modify the service, or apply a handling fee. In rare cases the groom may need to be rescheduled or referred to a veterinary groomer.
Senior & Health Policy
Senior pets or pets with medical conditions may require shorter or modified sessions. We will always prioritize your pet's health and safety.
Vaccination Policy
Dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations including rabies. Proof may be required prior to the appointment.
Photography Policy
Photos may occasionally be taken for social media or marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer your pet's photo not be used.

🌿 About Solo Adventure Days
Structured, one-on-one outdoor enrichment outings designed for dogs who thrive with individualized attention. Your dog is paired with their own dedicated caretaker for a personalized walk, hike, or park adventure.
Perfect for: dogs who don't enjoy group play, selective/reactive dogs, high-energy dogs needing enrichment, dogs benefiting from calm 1-on-1 handling.
Each Adventure Day includes: one-on-one handling, carefully planned routes to avoid dog-to-dog interactions, leashed exploration, fresh water breaks, rest periods, and photo/video updates.

Adventure Day – Base · $65
90 minutes total · Local park or trail · Perfect for any healthy, high-energy dog
Extended Adventure · $95
3 hours · Longer hikes or higher-energy outings · Ideal for endurance dogs (best in cooler months)
Adventure Days are priced higher than standard walks due to individualized care, transportation, planning, and elevated risk management.

✅ Pet Requirements & Eligibility
Please confirm each of the following applies to your dog:
Note: Your dog does not need to be dog-friendly, but must be able to pass other dogs at a distance.
📍 Drop-Off Instructions
Your handler will provide a specific meeting time and location prior to your scheduled Adventure Day. All drop-offs occur at a pre-selected park or meeting area discussed in advance.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at your assigned time. Once you arrive, your handler will greet you, confirm equipment, and safely transfer your dog before beginning the outing.
To maintain a calm and controlled environment, dogs remain on leash and are handed directly to the handler. No free roaming at the meeting location, please.
We schedule staggered, time-specific arrivals to maintain a low-stress environment. Arriving early or late may require rescheduling.
🌦️ Weather & Cancellation Policy
Adventure Days may be canceled or modified due to extreme heat/cold, storms, or unsafe trail conditions.
If canceled by us, you may reschedule, receive credit, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.
⚠️ Adventure Day Waiver
By participating in Adventure Days, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- My dog will be participating in outdoor activities that may include uneven terrain, wildlife sightings, bicycles, joggers, and other dogs at a distance.
- All Adventure Days are conducted on leash at all times.
- While every safety precaution is taken, outdoor activities carry inherent risks including injury, escape attempts, or environmental hazards.
- I release and hold harmless Premium Paws Pet Services, its owners, and staff from liability resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
- I authorize emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary and understand I am responsible for all associated costs.
- I understand that Adventure Days may be canceled or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or dog behavior.
