Pricing

All grooming services are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on breed, coat type, coat length, coat condition, behavior, and time required. Payment is due upon completion.

Matting Policy

If matting cannot be safely brushed out, shaving may be the most humane option. We will attempt to contact you before proceeding. If we cannot reach you, you authorize Premium Paws to groom your pet in the safest manner possible. Additional charges may apply.

Matted Coat Release

By scheduling a grooming appointment, you acknowledge that mat removal may cause temporary skin sensitivity or irritation and that these conditions are not the result of the grooming process.

Appointment & Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may incur a late fee.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up within 45 minutes of completion notification. Late pick-ups may incur a fee.

Flea Policy

If fleas are discovered, a flea treatment may be required. Additional charges may apply.

Behavior & Safety Policy

If a pet displays unsafe behavior, we may pause the groom, modify the service, or apply a handling fee. In rare cases the groom may need to be rescheduled or referred to a veterinary groomer.

Senior & Health Policy

Senior pets or pets with medical conditions may require shorter or modified sessions. We will always prioritize your pet's health and safety.

Vaccination Policy

Dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations including rabies. Proof may be required prior to the appointment.

Photography Policy

Photos may occasionally be taken for social media or marketing. Please let us know if you prefer your pet's photo not be used.
